Rob quoted us to redo our deck and replace the swimming pool. We accepted the quote and 50% was required which was paid in Dec 2012. Further money for both pool and deck were requested and paid in beginning January 2013. To date all we have is a big hole where the old pool was and a couple of planks which dont equate to the amount paid for. Dont trust him, he gives nothing but excuses, doesnt answer or return calls and promises to come and doesnt. He operates under several companies but from the other complaints on this site he seems to have the same method of operation: take the money and never return. He operates under the following companies as well - Glazing Studio, Deck Studio, Care Build, Easy Decks and Timbers, Studio Group, Executive and Prestigious Home. The email addresses chop and change so much it isnt worth trying to put them up. Also makes use of several telephone numbers. You are going to pay and get nothing, trust me, dont use him!
