Just had a similar experience with them, Not accommodating and also bed is stained so warranty void for a factory defect. Throw it away and give me another bed then... if you don't want to bring it into the factory. 1000 excuses, and same lady Desiree, attended to call. WARRANTY... CUSTOMER SERVICE. WHAT A COP OUT.
