The after sales service and warranty of Harvey Tiles South Africa is rediculious
I suffer already a year now to get my house roof replaced due to the bad quality of Harveys thatch tile product.
With the recent rain i suffered ceiling damage due to the problem with the tiles quality and red tape
All the sand on the tiles did came loose with the rain and block the gutters and downpipes causing the roof to leak on the ceiling with severe ceiling damage and linnen curtain and bed damage to one of the rooms in my house
The etablishment is a bed and breakfast and i suffer now income loss due to the product defects
Can you please attend urgently to my problem?
