My wife contacted the call centre on 9 January to get a consultant to come and give advice and a quote. Nearly two weeks later and no one has bothered to call her. If this is how the service starts, it is likely to be indicative of what to expect going forward. I do not believe that this is acceptable or perhaps the business is just not needed.
