We purchased a solar geyser about a yr ago from Jacks Construction & it has given us endless issues since installation. We've had numerous issues with them & every time there's an issue we have to beg/argue before they're willing to send a technician out. Issues range from incorrect physical installation, incorrect type & piping used, positioning, premature wear/tear, etc. The 7 incidents this resulted in consequential damages to my property which I asked them fix the physical damages& they agreed every time but to date they have not delivered a single thing despite begging to be given a second chance. This is despite not asking for the loss on income from the guest house. EG 1st incident happened within 2 wk of installation, which we reported back to them & they took 48h to attend to it. Again this morning we contacted them with a problem & it started flooding last night, we were told they were on holiday &they cannot attend to us & I shouldnt disturb her boss's holiday in CT. She went on to say say that out of the 25 geysers they've installed this yr I am the only client with issues hence believes the cause is my disposition -ignorance/ race? This absolutely atrocious!
