Warning SA About A Culprit

A guy by the name of Herman based in Vosloorus, claims he fixes swimming pools/Thatch. He posts ads on newspapers and internet. Be Careful if you want to fix your pool since it's December; he comes and says he will drain water, asks for deposit (to buy parts) and YOU WILL NEVER SEE HIM EVER AGAIN!!!!!
