2 months later after being promised they Weathermaster that they would come and repair their patio, I have had no service. The rep couldn't even remember me. Why do they send reps out if they are too busy to do the work. I was promised it would be done by the 13 December and NOW they tell me only next year.
Shocking after sales service!!!
