When we applied for our house we were promised that with the house we will get a sounding alarm regarless if we make use of it or not. pamphlets were handed out to potental buyers attracting people by promising alot of extras that comes with the house. we signed our bond approval house was built but no alarm. we asked lizelle whats up and it was said that becuase previous people never made use of the alarm we wont get ours and that they never included it in our contract. WE HAVE BEEN TRICKED INTO PURCHASING AND NOW DEVCO DOESNT DELIVER! I WILL NOT ADVISE ANYONE TO DO BUSINESS WITH INKATHI AND DEVCO HOLDINGS BECAUSE THEY RIP YOU OFF AND DONT DELIVER. up untill today we are waiting for lizelle to get back to us but to no avail. PLEASE BE AWARE OF THE NEW DEVELOPMENTS AND BUILDERS. DO UR RESEARCH BECAUSE THEY PROMISE YOU THE WORLD JUST TO GET YOU TO PURCHASE THEREAFTER THEY TAKE THEIR OWN TIME WITH EVERYTHING AND U DONT GET WHAT WAS PROMISED.
