Yup, I got caught too. This business should be closed down. Paid for granite and fitting upfront and cannot get it delivered and fitted, Thulani through his teeth, on seeing him at his shop after 3 days late delivery he said the granite was on the bakkie and already on its way to my house, 5 days later it still hasn't arrived. When I told him I'll collect on Saturday he told me that he still had to cut it and that I could fetch after 2 pm but when I went to his shop he was not there and his ladies told me that they close at 1 pm, so it figures. What happened to the piece on the back of his backkie 5 days prior?? When things got heated and sms's started flying, he pulled the Race card, that I was trying to undermine him because he was black... in the first palce we wanted to support local and black business and this is how he treats his customers, next time we will be far less trusting and stick to reputable companies.
