I am totally disgusted & irritated by the service we received from Shell Garage opposite Reed Cape Town. My friend and i drove in there because we needed the guys to help us with the tyres. All of them didn't want to help us and looked uninspired to do their work. And one of the guys told us they don't help people who wont be putting in petrol. Then he went on to say we were drunk, & i felt that was plain rude, because he doesn't know us from a bar of soap. I went out of the car to ask to speak to the manager/supervisor. The guy totally didn't want to give us the name of the guy who was supposed to help us.
The manner in which they spoke to us was totally RUDE for people who are supposed to be serving us as customers.
I hope this will be sorted and i feel the guys shouldn't be working there if they cant help with a simple thing as a car tyre.
P.S... I've put both my number and my friend's number incase we need to be called by the customer service department.
