If you are looking to do any pool renovations beware of a Company called FIBRE LINE, and especially the proprietor, WERNER GOLDSTEIN.
The facts around FIBRE LINE are that the Company has:
1a CK number that does not appear on CIPRO (the Company register) 2an office number that is seldom answered3no physical address4no employees
Werner, is an excellent salesman and will impress you during the initial sales phase; however, when it comes to delivering, he:
1uses only subcontractors for whom he takes no responsibility when they botch the job
2has very poor project management skills
3is seldom on site to supervise
4WILL avoid your calls and emails when you try to resolve issues
5blames others for his workman's incompetence
6will bluster and become arrogant
It has been an expensive lesson both financially and in time wasted in dealing with this man and his Company:
1wasted materials and time-expensive mosaic applied incorrectly, pool coping damaged
2appointments/meetings with self and other contractors to resolve differences unattended by Werner despite confirmation from him
3no calls to advise non attendance; no basic courtesy or respect for others
4delays due to bad shoddy work
