My solar system was fitted by the company. It is run by young individuals who talk big and do not want to take responsibility when things go wrong. As a client I was not satisfied with the service provided in terms of lack of communication between client and the company. When I informed them of this... you get long winded explanations with half hearted apologies.
My recommendation would be to encourage clients to look elsewhere for a more professional service.
