We did a LOT of research into various solar water heating (SWH) solutions before deciding on a system. Then we got 6 quotations to compare prices, including from NuPower who we were told about by a friend.
NuPower was the only company that came to see us in person. Adriaan Rossouw spent over an hour with us asking why we chose that particular configuration, providing us with more information and giving us advice on which setup will be most suitable for us. There was absolutely no pressure to accept his advice or to make a quick decision.
Doing further research we found that NuPower had an excellent record for after sales service and maintenance in addition to a 10 year warranty, so we decided to accept their quote.
The installation team, lead by Ratz Tseka, was professional and courteous. The installation was done very neatly and the team cleaned up nicely when they were done.
We received excellent and professional service, from requesting a quote, through to the installation, the emails and sms reminders from the admin office and even when phoning the emergency nr with some questions!
We would highly recommend NuPower to anyone who wants peace of mind when investing in SWH.
