We hired HIGHWAYTARPAVE to tar an area in our garden. They wanted a 60% deposit up front. We paid half. They showed up one day to start clearing the area. The next working day they didn't show. We phoned. They said that had decided not to come. and there was no show since then. Repeated calls to Kelvin Munangwa got lots of promises but no show - said he could not contact any of this teams. But no-one has shown up since then. We asked for our deposit back. Again lost of promises but no show. We asked him to at least clear our pavement. On Thursday morning he said a truck was coming from Krugersdorp - but again no show since then. No explanations. And no money back. his email address is 'kelvin munangwa flyen' . His website says he operates from 30 Main Rd, Johannesburg CBD.
