Been a while since it was needed for me to use hellopeter, but yesterday warrants a complaint. Yesterday afternoon I had to get a quote at Builders Somerset mall. Not visiting there often I didn't know the lay out and assumed being a big company they would have good service...
Walking in I went to the information counter to get assistance, sitting their was Verolene Scholtz and friend. While asking for assistance they look at me and start bursting out in laughter, immediately I felt very uncomfortable. I thought was it something I said or the way I looked? I really didn't feel good standing their being their joke. Eventually Zaheer Heynz assisted me (this man gave excellent service, hard to find such help) as we were getting quotes on electric tools I could hear them laughing like two high hyenas. I turned around multiple times only to see them starring at me giggling and laughing.
Honestly disappointed in how grown woman in a work setting can make a customer feel so little. Thank you builders wharehouse
