Jeeves Heated Towel Rails
Excellent service and quality

I purchased a set of heated towel rails for a new en-suite and had the contractor collect and install them. Unfortunately four years later the element failed in one of them and locating the original receipt from the contractor was proving difficult, I contacted Jeeves who responded excellently by explaining that the rails have a 25 yr guarantee with 5 yrs on the element, they also paid for a courier to deliver it to my door. This company obviously knows that quality of product and service will ensure a long and profitable existence. I wish that other South African companies would take a leaf out of their book.
