I want to hand a bunch of roses to Builders Warehouse Bloemfontein for refunding me with no hassle whatsoever. I bought 600 x 600 tiles for our kitchen and our tiler felt that the tiles were too big for the appplication. Unfortunately my wife agreed with him and I had to approach BW for a refund or exchange if they did not want to refund me. I called them first and was duly informed to bring it back for a full refund.
I went to the branch and the refund was done electronically. three days later the SMS came through and my money was back in my account. Thank you BW for excellent service rendered.
