After having bought a reasonable amount of floor tiles, a few tiles from a different batch got mixed into my order. Although the tiles were laid, Suna and her team sprung into action and did whatever it took to take care of me and fix the problem.
Everybody can make a mistake, but not all can fix it as well as they did!
