I was looking for a replacement of existing awning which had aged and no longer looked good, so looked in one of the Life style mags and sent emails to everyone that advertised in the booklet--ONLY ONE responded!!! That was Bill Christison of Dan-Neil who called on us to view our reqirements, as no one else responded I did not have any costs to compare BUT was quite happy to accept the quote given which included the replacement of the plastic downpipes on the patio awningthat had suffered with the sun (old) and original fitter was not interested- we have been living in the unit 10 yrs. Paid a deposit the same day to confirm the order, quoted about 10 working days delivery (which was spot on). A very professional team arrived, removed the existing awning, assembled the replacement and fitted it. Then proceeded with the down pipe replacement which was by far better than the original. The team had loaded ALL the removed awning and pipes and cleaned up leaving the work areas spotless then presentad the invoice for the balance of payment as set out in original quote! We will definitely recommend them or use them for any future requirements of that nature.
