I received the worst possible service from ContinentalSA. ContinentalSA installed a steam unit at my house end of 2011 and for the past year I have not been able to make use of it because of an electriacal issue with the steam unit. I've contacted ContinentalSA and spoke to the person in charge of services (Busi) to come out and see what the problem is. The response I received from Busi is that they will not come out before I pay a call out fee of approximately R1200 that's based mainly on 40km travel. I'm very dissatisfied with this services and will never recommend ContinentalSA to anybody as they have no aftersale service and there products is not stable.
