SUPPLIER WONT REFUND US AS PROMISED

ECP Warehouse in Alberton seem to have a tendency of carrying out incomplete work for customers, and take advantage especially when they have been paid. Glamour Skin and Body asked ECP to provide a quotation and to do some work on their property in Sunninghill. Terms were agreed and work duly commenced in late April this year. A deposit of 70 percent had been asked for which was paid before operation, and the work involved installing a dry wall partition as well as doing some painting. Their contact, Eddy, then advised Glamour after a few days that he could not complete the work citing car problems to take the workers to the premises and other unforeseen circumstances. He even offered to pay a refund which up to now has not been paid. ECP continuously gives excuses and Glamour has proofs of all communication, payment and discussions around the work.
