I paid this company for electrical services ca R1200. Fittings had not been installed yet so their task was to ensure the cable points between DB board, switches & fittings were all sound. This was a renovation so there were existing cables & connections which they replaced. The circuit was working before - we changed the fittings from 220V to low voltage so their needs were just to ensure cabling points were sound. In hind sight i should have only done this with the fittings installed but this was not possible due to the renovation. When it came time to connect the fittings, the circuit breaker would trip i.e something was wrong. A friend of mine put a multimeter on the cables & said the job was botched. I called the company & they kept promising me for a week that they would come. Other jobs had priority, i was promised a definite "i will be there on monday morning", nothing happened again. I called again, David said, "I'm sorry, i forgot - i will be there tomorrow morning - I promise" and again he didn't pitch up. I called the front desk, met with distain after i explained my situation & the answer was, "David will call you back". DOn't use this company, the will rip you off!
