Andrew Clarke as General Manager, took my money, under-delivered, not only in on site staff, materials and Contractors, but, after having asked three times for accountability, transparency, hours on site, materials used, with the job unfinished. Have been shrugged off with GM is on leave for two weeks, no one else can release materials etc to site. Instead, after a terse phone call, wherein the office managed to "find" Andrew Clarke, Bryanston Plumbing have instead emailed me another quotation, for more than the original, already paid, to complete the job originally quoted for. They have been all of the HEADLINE. I believe my only resort is to take legal action. Should have realised that anyone giving a quotation driving with a Playboy sticker on the back of his car was more into partying than working.
