Undertook to remove damaged cement fibre roof - replace with IBR sheets, replace flashing & waterproofing - Not completed.
Replace roof ridge and side flashings - not done.
Install Realign Rafters correct fall install new gutters and down pipes - not done
Replace veranda roof & retile Stoep - not done
Beam fill all - not done
Waterproof kitchen, laundry, deck & cottage - not done
The contractor was paid R 140000-00 before the Christmas recess against a sincere promise that he would return to complete the job stating that he was a "Man of Honour". Despite numerous promises, emails and SMS promising to return to site, he has failed to honour his commitment, in fact he is simply dishonest in the extreme.
