Powerz-On installed a solar geyser at my house in 35 Cypress Crescent, Jim Fouchepark, Welkom, during 2011 at a cost of R14 000 and the same winter the system burst due to extreme cold conditions. I reported it to the installer, but the company (Eco Vibe) does not exists any more. The suppliers of the product is Powerz-On and they carry the warrantee for the product.
I have emailed them, phoned them, but they do not return any inquiries.
Please help me, I tried to reduce my electrical account by installing this, but now I stand losing my money as well.
