I ordered a turbo cowl for fireplace. I took measurements and gave to Greg to manufacture. When he delivered and I tried to install the size was slightly to small. I contacted Greg who advised that it was no problem and he would fetch and rectify. He then contacted me later in the day and advised he corrected and even installed it for me. Thanks so much it was not expected and much appreciated.
