As an accommodation establishment, we helped the company with accommodation. When I contacted them to arrange for the payments, there were all kinds of stories. People stopped working there, they went bankrupt and what have you. The amount was R300. The good nature that my boss has, he overlooked the invoice cause maybe they really do have a problem. Then March this year the company made another booking, under another name but the same company. This time for R700. I have been calling and pleading and fighting, nothing gets done. Because I did not know that it was the same company at first and only realised it later, my boss saw that as my mistake and took the money from my salary. This is really unacceptable. I really just want the accounts settled so I can get my money back.
