I have had the pleasure of dealing with Casandra from Eco-friendly Slabs at the start of the new year 2013. I have mainly focussed on ash rib and block slabs and had a project that required the new Polystyrene system. I contacted her for more information and a quote. Not ony was the information supplied within 2 hours but the quote was "surprising" to say the least. A bit sceptical as I have never dealt with her but on a tight budget I gave the order and paid in advance. Once the product arrived my team was not sure on how to pack this eventhough they ha worked with rib and block for years. Not to worry she said I am on my way. She came to site within the hour and brough along one of her guys. She took the time to expain the process more than once to my laborours and left one of her team with us for the entire day to assist - Absolutely no ost to me. She came to site evertday to follow up on the progress of my project and to enquire if there was anything else she could assist with. I can recommend her company, product and service. She was available 24/7 and nothing was ever a burden. She was always extremely curtious, professional and always, always had a smile.
