VGA Drivers and general update support [Incident: 130425-001317]

This is the contents of the e-mail I sent to Acer Technical support: " Hi, do you still support this model (Travelmate 7750G)? General updates were last done 11/2011. VGA updates last done 03/2012. All the drivers seem outdated. Updating VGA drivers via ATI website is a nightmare. Please advise as to if/ when you plan to release new updates. This will most certainly affect my decision to support this brand in the future."

This is the reply "Dear Customer.

Please visit our local web-site, [URL Removed] and check for updated drivers for the model."

I had first been to the update site before sending an e-mail to "Technical Support" which should be pretty obvious in the contents of my e-mail.

If this is the level of intellect of the supporting staff, I will most definitely not be purchasing or promoting any of their products in the future. There also is no regular driver support for their products, compared to other brands.
