I dont know how to utter my frustrations without being rude! My harddrive crashed after acouple off phonecalls and me had to check discs they book my repair for today. I had to put in day leave to be available for them. At 11:45 i had to phone dell and ask them whats happening as nobody contacted me. Its know 16:00 and i make 6 calls and 4 mails to dell without any help even the supervisor gave his wordcto get this sorted but to no revial. This is the 2nd time this happened is there no service left in the world? Since when do a client need to do all the follow up work? Maybe its becayse uts under warrentee that they are do reluctant to help me. Please help me i cant work and is losing money!
