My computer developed a regular 'blue-screen of death' and unfortunately for me Nexxon Computers was the closest computer repair shop to me. The staff member that booked my computer into service was a very young guy that struggled to write and spell (that should have been my first clue). I received periodic updates and explanations as to what was broken and what needed to be replaced but it seemed that with every part they replaced another issue appeared. It took them a month to replace a motherboard and RAM. They even left one of my computer's fans lying in the bottom of the box with the wires stripped. UNREAL!

After informing me that my computer was ready i collected it and went straight home to test it. IT DID NOT WORK! This was due to hardware changes, as the error told me. I could not even got to the login page.

I sent the computer back. They say they need to FORMAT MY HARDDRIVE. I had lost hope by this point so agreed. after several days i collected again (Refusing to pay a further R600) and they had done a good job saving my information but:
*no sound drivers
*Microsoft Office no longer exists on my computer!!! Must i buy another copy?
