I bought a HP Scanjet G4050 last year which was Mac Compatible. Once home I opened and tried to install with no luck. I called and was advised of several steps to take. Nothing work eventually told to wait for a new driver to be loaded on there website. This pushed me over there 30 day return policy. I was even advised to go load an older OS. To date I am trying to do a CPA claim with them with no luck its has now been 6 months now. When can someone resolve this issue for me, the unit is packed in original packaging. I just want to swop for a scanner that can operate on OS Lion
