I have had to deal with Dell tech support helpline in the past and as always when I phoned today the service I received was exceptional. I forgot to write down the name of the guy that assisted me but the reference number was 884003236.
I will never buy another brand of laptop other than a Dell because of the helpful and efficient service we always receive!
