Why all the lockdown and limitations on how much you can complain or report about.
The corporates have several pages of terms and conditions and that is just fancy for covering and protecting their pockets and all you allow us to do is write a report of 1200 words...
This site is for reporting bad service... yes, no doubt, however most people use it to vent as well, cause they get no satisfaction dealing with some of the agents in customer care...
To them we only a number or a policy.
However when posting, venting or whatever you wanna call it, we look at "HelloPeter" to get some sort of satisfaction.
So think about your restrictions and allow users to do and say what they want...
