Ruaan @ Galoot sold us a VOIP system.
We experienced endless problems and constantly reported the issues to him.
After weeks of struggling Ruaan finally arrived and try to fix our issues coming up ridiculous excuses like "Im sorry im only here now, i never had a car last week." or "The problem on the phones is because there are too many people using it." - A joke coming from the person who completed an assessment before selling the product.
After endless struggling we still had endless problems and now when we contact Ruaan he kills the call, refuses to answer or just lets the phone ring. It is highly unprofessional and frustrating after spending Thousands of Rands on a new phone system, then loosing business because of the installation and no communication from the supplier to help us fix the problem!
I do not recommend anybody deals with Ruaan @ Galoot as it is not the initial deal with any supplier, but it is how a relationship develops between Supplier and Customer and all the details between that that count.
He completely failed in securing a client but "Made a quick buck"
