SASSA wishes to respond - HelloPeter not assisting

The South African Social Security Agency, (SASSA) would like to be a company which responds on HelloPeter, and have engaged with the company to since 19 April 2013. HelloPeter has not been helpful - due to the PFMA, we require that certain forms and procedures be followed and this is where we hit a hitch. HelloPeter has not been cooperative in obtaining the required documents.
