I ordered a laptop that was in stock on their website and confirmed by them. When I called a day later they said it will be available the following day. A week goes by I have heard nothing. I phoned constantly to get information out of them and every time its vague and downright. I still don't have the laptop after a week and they are not answering the phone.

They have not been like this in the past, however this debacle is enough for me to change suppliers.
