Pathetic service delivery

I personally am slow at delivery but the service I am getting from the above mentioned company is beyond anything I can comprehend to start of with has nay one ever tried getting information from the call centre, good luck if you get anything or if they phone you back to updates you on progress. since the beginning of the year i requested a quotation for a replacement part which they quoted me and I paid. 2 months down the line I still had not received my replacement part. i call another company and to my surprise the item was cheaper and got it the following day that was in March. I requested for a refund and according to company policy this should take 14 to 21 day up to today I'm still waiting. see me again asking for their assistance. i would rather fly to Bangkok than deal with such
