On the 20th of August, I sent documentation - Affidavit through to Sheet Street Centurion Mall informing them that I was impersonated. Somebody opened an account using my details. I have never lost my ID book. I have not heard from Sheet Street since the 20th of August to date (19th September 2022). This is badly affecting my credit history as this account was opened in May as per the Trans Union report dated 19th August 2022.
I am the one who keeps on calling Sheet Street and I'm told to wait. No reference number and I don't even have a name of the person investigating this issue nor the contact person for enquiries.
I'm frustrated!
