I bought a pair of shoes for my daughter on the 14th April, at Galleria Mall City Girl, and a hill broke, for R230
I went back on the 19th alone and returned broken shoes, bought another pair as an exchange for R270, a different make from the broken one, when I reach home we realized that it is too small because of the make, and returned bank on the 21st April with my daughter and we couldn't find proper size on the same shoes. We ask for an exchange for R200 shoes and requested a refund of R270, but they refused, mentioning that the purchase is 8 days, I have to buy something equivalent to R270, and yet, their 7 days and 30 days police doesn't state that. I left the shoes at the store, I now need my full refund
