Quality Defect

I purchased shoes from Legit in Braamfontein (L672). The shoes are Rushed One Strap Mule at a price of R89.99. The shoes have a quality defect of unequal shoe soles. I noticed this no later than 30 days and went to have them exchanged or get a refund where I bought them. The sales assistance and the manager refused to grant me a refund although the shoes have a quality defect.

They were ignorant to the Legit's Refund and Exchange Policy. I am highly disappointed at their treatment whereas the issue stems from the manufacturer.
