I took my pants from my suit to have it made a little smaller. The lady at reception almost totally ignored me and sent me off to the back of the shop. I fitted the pants to show them what needs to be done. They almost reduce my 46 pants to a 38 size instead of a 44.
When I collected the pants, they did not even bother to have me fitted it to see if it is correct. Suppose they knew they buggered it up.
All that the lady at the reception is interested in is getting you pay the bill, even before you collect the clothes. I suggest if you go there, do not pay before you fitted and are satisfied.
