Iv since ordered online and the durmail called me in to submit proof of payment and since then my parcel hasn't ever been delivered since I was promised then and it's was last year November. I've tried contacting the durmail the staff is so rude they would tell u they are busy call in a little bit later, the customs office never rings until you drop because nobody picks it up. And today it's April still no delivery.. Poor, pathetic service I must say.
