Between 2008 and 2012 I used Avis Point2Point on almost a monthly basis to get me from home to OR Tambo airport. They never missed a beat! There were several occasions when my flights came in late or had to be changed at the last minute (and even the wrong flight information given). This was never a problem for them, and not once was I left without transport. I have been meaning to compliment Avis for some time - I guess late is better than never.
I think it is particularly impressive to maintain a good level of service over such a long period of time, with such consistency!
