After all the time spent looking for a 2nd hand card that is in good condition and will fit the budget, test driving it and having it inspected with Dekra, I Bought a VW Sharan from Nicla Motors on 22 April. I completed the finance forms with Maynard Pretorius and went home excited about getting our new car during the week.
Two days later, on the 24th, after we've had absolutley NO response from Niclo Motors, my wife contacted Maynard who informed her in writing that the application had been approved, and that they required more recent copies of salary advice to complete the paperwork.
Another two days later, I receive a call from Maynard informing me that the car had been sold to someone else. RIDICULOUS! After our paperwork had been submitted and they informed us that the application was approved they still went and sold the car to someone else?
So I phone the owner, Nical who does not even give time to ask the questions he continuously interrups and hangs up the phone, . He says first come first serve. Whas our application & approval not first? Had they followed through their admin the paper work would have been finalized before any other intended buyer would have showed up
