I booked my car in for a service on the 14 January 2013. As a new customer i used the address as supplied on the website to find them. This morning (16 January 2013) after having spent 45 minutes in traffic to do 7.2km I arrived at their premises only to find they had moved. How can customers not be notified when booking their cars in for a service that their address has changed and why has the address provided on the website not been updated. Needless to say I never made my appointment.
