I bought my Chery QQ in january 2011. When i received the car on the Friday and drove off there was no working aircon. Took it back the Monday to hear there was NO aircon gas in. Then the boot kept falling closed just to hear the cylinder arm was faulty. Then the glove compartment didnt close completely. In May 2012 I started my car at work just for it to sound like a tractor. This is at 7pm. A friend had a look, took time off work and R 1500 later he told and showed me that the stud had broken off by the Manifault/gasket. I start my car Saturday morning, noise - guess what - the stud has broken off again. Took it to Chery in Menlyn and I get told yes, the pipes are not bent correctly and the vibration is causing the studs to break. So I am not wrong in saying this is a factory error. Why must I keep paying? Chery SA sort this out ASAP or I am taking all my documentation to the Consumer Protection board!
