Bought a 250 Voager on 06/12/2012, with faults highlighted to me by the sales person on receiving the bike. He did record the faults, but no copy given to me. I also did inform H/O, which just refer me back to the PE Branch. This year on the 500km service (25/01/2013) I query this again - nobody knows as the sales person does not work their any more.
As of date (11/04/2013) NOTHING has been rectify.
