Not happy with service and answers

I purchased a new Kia Rio 1.4Tec Man on 27/02/2013. I have two complaints: 1. When you are driving, there is a whistling sound caused by the wind blowing through the groove that's on the sidemirror on the driver's side. The groove is there because the windows fold inwards towards the car. If I place a piece of tape over the groove, the noise is gone. I took the car to Midrand on 03/04/2013 to have the noise checked out. I was told that the whistling is normal and it cannot be fixed. I disagree. My passenger sidemirror is quiet and if it was normal, all Kia's would make the same noise. My parents' Kia also makes no noises when driving. 2. The smash and grab fitted to the two front windows was done poorly as there are bubbles and the salesman, Johan vd Westhuizen, knows about it and pointed it out to me when I took delivery. He even took photos when I collected the licence disc from him and he assured me it will be fixed. I have not heard from Kia again to have this re-done. I wanted it to be fixed on 03/04/2013 while the car was there but the service dept couldn't do it and said they will get back to me to confirm when I can have smash and grab re-fitted.
