I would just like to take the opportunity to thank people who never get appreciated or credit for excellent service and work. My car was in at Renew-It Panelbeaters Randburg to get fixed after being in a collision. I was very impressed with the quality of the work done on my car, the excellent condition that it was delivered to me, and the care with which the whole process was handled. Communication and information regarding the process and how far my car was in the process was very good, and left me in a great state of mind. I was well informed of a part that was missing, and explained the delay, which was understandable, but left me feeling like I mattered as they took the time to explain and put me at ease. I would like to thank Rodney Pillay (Ops Director) who clearly has things undder control and running a business dedicated to high levels of customer service. Even with the huge pressure and backlog from the hail damage, they managed to deliver high serice and high quality to me! Thank you, highly recommended!
